Xingquan Li (李兴权)
Associate Professor, PhD
Southeast University (SEU) & Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK)
Dr. Li received his Ph.D. from Fuzhou University in 2018. His research covers Electronic Design Automation (EDA), AI for EDA, and AI for Algorithm Design. He leads the iEDA and AiEDA open-source projects and has published 80+ papers in top venues including DAC, ICCAD, NeurIPS, TCAD, TC, and TODAES.
We are actively looking for motivated PhD students, Master students, and postdoctoral researchers to join our group. If you are passionate about EDA, AI, and open-source chip design, we'd love to hear from you.
Research areas: EDA (Logic Synthesis, Physical Design, Timing/Power Analysis), AI for EDA (ML models for chip design), LLM4EDA (Large Layout Models, Large Circuit Models). Strong LLM model skills preferred.
All directions above welcome. Students interested in open-source software development and research publication are encouraged to apply.
